The History
The Cabin
The cabin and surrounding woods at The Cabin on 360 sit on land connected to the Battle of Bethesda Church during the Civil War’s 1864 Overland Campaign. The wooded area surrounding the cabin was once part of the battlefield, where intense fighting took place between Union and Confederate forces. The cabin itself was built in 1982 as a model home and later became part of the property’s paranormal history. Investigators and visitors have reported footsteps, voices, apparitions, and other unexplained activity throughout the cabin and surrounding woods. Today, the cabin and woods are investigated for the paranormal activity believed to be connected to the property’s long and turbulent history.

The Rancher
The brick rancher next to the cabin carries a particularly tragic history. In 1979, a 12-year-old girl named Melissa was murdered inside the home by her half-sibling, an event that has become one of the most significant pieces of the property’s modern history. The rancher was already standing when the Jones family acquired the property in the late 1970s, before the log cabin was built in 1982. Today, the home is considered one of the primary investigation areas at The Cabin on 360, with investigators reporting unexplained voices, shadow figures, and other activity within its rooms.
The Portal
Many Investigators believe there are portals on the property, specifically inside the woods and the basement of the rancher.
This is due to activity spikes occurring at the same time in both locations.
